libjackson2-core-java software package provides fast and powerful JSON library for Java -- core library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjackson2-core-java
libjackson2-core-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjackson2-core-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjackson2-core-java *
